I was using Enscape on my old laptop until it broke. I tried inputting the same license key to use Enscape on my new laptop, however, it says I need to deactivate the license on the old laptop in order to do so. Since my laptop is broken I am unable to do that, and unable to use the program on my new laptop. I have a deadline soon and I would like to get some assistance with removing the license from my old laptop so I can use it for my new one.

Regarding the student license, please get in touch with - I’ve still also renewed your trial time so that you can make use of Enscape at least for another 14 days.
