Change your renderer to Activeshade and go to one of the tabs and untick ‘Raytrace messages’, then go back to your vray renderer. Should be fine.
This happens randomly with us as well - some scenes are worse than others. The chances are if it starts happening with a file, it’ll keep doing it even after going through the above steps when you reload the scene.
I don’t know why it happens, but its a pain in the arse.

you likely have an architectural shader somewhere in your scene.
Very odd. Its just started happening to me on a different job as well now. Nothing has changed. Was working on the file this morning and no messages. Worked on a few different scenes since but now gone back to this one and suddenly its happening again! Weird.
