Render 2 or more colors brick facade

Did anyone have experiences render two or more colors of brick façade? If yes, please let me know how.

You must create a texture with those colors or 3d model the bricks and assign different colors to them. https://www.sketchuptextureclub.com/ has some decent textures to start out with.
