Render Artefacts

Hi All

I have been getting these artefacts in a render, I have tried turning subpixel mapping on and off with no joy and have ramped the noise threshhold up to 0.005 to no avail. Any ideas ?

I dont think its a material problem as its happening on multiple materials ?

Have you tried making the V-Ray sun invisible?
