My render appears to have rendered all frames but would not complete the job so I can download the images. I thought if I paused it and then resumed it would force it to finish. Now, however, it is stuck in a ‘pausing’ state. I am able to start additional renders but it doesn’t appear they are actually rendering as no credits are being used and no progress is being made. I filed a report from the interface as well. Thanks!
Sometimes the job hangs and needs to be manually completed. What’s your ticket number?
