[09:50:42.188] Warning : Num samples per thread reduced to 32768, rendering might be slower
All textures are converted to 2K-TX, and I am getting the above error. These scenes never had memory issues earlier. Anything to do?

Rebooting Windows solved it, so V-Ray isn’t releasing RAM.
Before the reboot, the est render times were 2-3 hours. Now, it is 35 minutes, which is what I would expect for this scene.
yeah im pretty sure im having the same issue since vray7. Quiting 3dsmax releases it for me.

If you’re using RTX as a GPU engine - this is a known issue (internal bug-tracker id: VGPU-6714) concerning a memory leak when rendering animations with RTX. Main thread here . To confirm - try rendering with CUDA and see if there’s a difference.
i think my issue might be something else memory related so i’ll create a new post if thats ok.
