Hi,
My Revit file has loaded into Enscape on a massive slope; the horizon line has dropped to the right. Make for a quite a dizzying experience!
Is there any quick fix to this, or have I inadvertently altered a setting?
I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.
Thanks in advance,
J
@Joseph_Earley , please kindly first off make sure that you’re running our latest release, you can update as described here.
Also, any chance you have a VR device connected to your machine? Maybe you even used it with Enscape before, or not at all?
Generally, there is no setting to adjust this behavior for example, it should generally not look like that in any case. So in this case, maybe the log files which get submitted when you send in a report as described here could give us some further hints. In the submission form, simply briefly include a link to this thread, or copy paste what you wrote in this forum plus the screenshot.
I’m experiencing the same issue in Revit with the horizon tilted to the right. The horizon is level when the model is first loaded, and It seems to rotate after navigating around interior spaces. The horizon returns to level if I restart Enscape though it will generally rotate to the right again after a while. I first noticed the issue during the previous Enscape release, and it’s still happening with the latest 2.7.2+20192. I use a VR headset occasionally, but the issue occurs whether or not the headset is connected to the PC. Any ideas on what might be causing the horizon to rotate?
