Hi all, I am using Revit live link for some interior shots. None of the materials linked from Revit with self-illumination are working/displaying correctly. This includes LED displays and all of the Revit light fixtures. Once opened in envision none of these materials are illuminated. The self-illumination material setting is turned on and set to black with an intensity of 1 regardless of the settings in Revit. I am unable to change these illumination settings in envision despite being able to alter the other material settings, like glossiness and transparency. I’ve had to make custom materials in envision for all of the illuminated objects as a work around. It’s not the end of the world but is annoying. Is this an issue on my end or a bug in the beta version of Live Link?
Hi Stephanie, unfortunately this is not currently supported. We’ve reported it to the development team so it can be addressed in the upcoming Live-Link Beta updates. [EC-3148]
