Trying to understand the difference between setting the sun settings in Revit vs Enscape. Because whatever changes I make in Revit, doesnt apply in Enscape.
Like if I change my sun setting to still July 1 in Revit. In Enscape, it gets dark at 3 pm. And sunrise is at like 3 am
I dont see this option. I only see View name and Linked Visual Present
The reason you don’t see these settings is probably because you’re using an earlier version of Enscape. But more importantly, the Enscape sun position can be moved around the scene in a way that may not correspond to the actual location and building orientation and time of year/day in Revit.
Once you’ve established your project location and orientation in Revit, turn on shadows. Then go to the Rendering Settings and set the desired date and time for the view. The Rendering Settings are displayed in Enscape when selecting the view in Enscape.
