Could you share your score from the Benchmark? Is it close to the statistics from fellows with the same video card?
Task manager is not always a reliable tool to monitor GPU. Please use something dedicated to that task (use this one on your responsibility).

I was right, I checked with GPU-Z and the load was 100%, I checked the results and they are very very good!. sorry for the disturbance!
