Does rolling back to Max swatches help? (in Settings - “Native 3ds Max material swatches”)

Please uninstall the Chaos license server and remove any remaining files from the following folder:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup

Afterwards, download and install the latest Chaos license server 5.5.4 from the following page:

https://download.chaosgroup.com/downloads/18759/licenseserver-standalone-554-adv

Go to the Chaos License server page (http://localhost:30304), enable your Online licensing and try to use V-Ray again. If you continue to experience issues, please open a ticket in our support system through this page:

https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Hi, please i am having this same issue with my vray 7 in 3ds max 2025, i am yet to fix it, how were you able to fix yours please??? Thanks in advance
