Hi, Pablo,

Yes, we are aware of the issue and we will be fixing it in the next release. We plan to improve the experience with the following:

  • remove the checkbox ‘Save defaults’
  • the next time you open the Render setup dialog will load the last set parameters from the previous time it was opened

Which method would you prefer:

  • the current method with the checkbox
  • the ‘auto-save and load’ feature between sessions of the render setup dialog

Auto save feature is better. Will vantage support “auto-save and load” between close vantage and reopen vantage?

It will retain most but not all. In the example the green parameters will be retained between session and the ones in yellow will be reset when you close and reopen Vantage: https://drive.google.com/uc?id=1d9ef…Hb7ptqeXFU7spC

Hi, Alexander, I wish “camera type” will be saved in .vantage file. I use a lot of Spherical camera type, but every time I should set it again.

We plan on implementing saving render settings to the vantage file so that every project can load it’s own settings but that will come at a later stage. We will let you know when this is available.
