Save layers corrections in LUT

Hi,
How can I sace all my corrections in to LUT file in VFB2. In classical VFB I had ability to save my corrections in LUT and then use it in other applications
Thanks

Hello,

Currently it is not possible to do it in VFB2 but it is in the TODO litst.
However keep in mind that some of the layers in VFB2 can’t be saved to a LUT - the LightMix or Composite..

Best regards,
Yavor

Hello.

I just wanna bump up this topic because this is a feature I miss a lot from Vray NEXT.
What makes me a little sad is that I could see that Vray 5 beta for houdini has this feature already implemented and here in max with a final version released moths ago still doesn’t have it.

Could we have some info about it?

Thanks!

It’s already there in the latest nightlies as far as i tried.

I’m using build 30478 and I can’t find that option. It’s the nightly version from 2 day ago.
In houdini we can access to this option pressing right click on “Display correction” layer. In max I can’t see that option. Could you confirm that is there, please?

@gagui The option is located in the same location in 3ds Max as well. Try the latest nightlies.

Hello. I’ve installed build 30489 from yesterday and I still can’t find that option.
I attach a screen capture to probe it is not there.

@gagui Pardon, I was referring to the internal nightlies, not the stable ones - the function is not yet pushed there.

Hello!
I just wanted to know if this option is already available in the last nightlies.
If no when would be available?

@gagui A build containing the option will be released very soon.

Great!
You make me very happy, thanks!

While the save LUT function is now again in Update 1 - the scripting command still does not work:
vfbControl #saveglobalccpreset "c:\\savelut.cube"
A file is created by the command - but it is not a LUT .cube file. The same command works in V-Ray Next.
This function is used by psd-manager to automatically embed a Photoshop Color Lookup adjustment layer in a PSD file.
