Hello administrators,

Since a few days i keep getting the same error, 9 out of 10 times, when starting up enscape from Sketchup.

“Enscape encountered an error during rendering. it is using your GPU from NVIDIA.”

This error popup gives the option to download the newest GPU drivers, which i did, but nothing changed.

The model is ~180mb, but until recently that was never a problem at all. The model has proxies, lights, maps etc, but nothing i didnt use before. Until last week models up to 300mb used to go without a problem.

Nothing changed in the meantime. I did not upgrade enscape (3.0), sketchup(2019), windows(10) or anything else.

I’ve send the error reports.

Maybe this is something easy to fix and i’m missing something, but i have next to no knowledge about graphic cards, drivers, GPU or CPU, so i would still appreciate the help.

@thijslankers , in this case, it’s best to receive dedicated error reports so thanks a lot for that! Through your log files and machine Info, we should find out more about the cause of this. What you experience is also an ongoing issue, so the more info we receive from our users the more quickly we’re able to resolve it.

Can you also send me the e-mail of yours you’ve used to send in the reports? Then I can check the status as well.
