ok, i think you really need to do something with the lights.. they r looking flat white.. so if you are using vray light material.. may b use some texture thr.. Also, i think reflection of lights on ceiling wood need to be controlled.. it is distracting.. overall i think it can be improved but you are getting better for sure ![]()
Yeah, marc’s image looks better. I think the problem with the lights is that besides being too white, they glow white as well. In the lights in your sample image, the glow from them is much smaller and is a nice yellow/orange. In addition the where the lights in the image are not pure white they also go the same yellow/orange. Maybe a falloff map in the vraylight material would help to achieve this.

Could do with being a little brighter in places though - I’d push the midtones right up and paint a soft brush mask where it gets blown out.
