Sketchup 2017 crashes after Vray 3.40.04 installation 5-10 Seconds after Start

I am having the following Problem:
I installed Sketchup 2017 Version 17.2.2555.0 and testet it. SU 2017 was working great, good performance no bugsplats, even with big files. Afterwards i tried to install Vray 3.40.04 trial to test. Now when I start up SU it opens, but approximately after 5-10 seconds it closes with a bugsplat.

My System Infomation is:

MSI GS63VR 7RG Stealth Pro with 32 GB of Ram
Nvidia 1070 Q-Max / 8 GB Graphix Memory with most recent drivers
Win 10 home with latest updates

Hello,

Do you happen to have other 3rd party plugins installed? Could you please try launching SketchUp with V-Ray 3.40.04 being the only one enabled?
