Hello all,
I can´t post in the Phoenix Forums and I don´t know who else can help me.
I´ve tried the 30 day trial of Phoenix for 3DSMax 2018 and now bought a 1 year license for it.
After downloading the correct version (checked and downloaded twice!) I installed it - the installation went well. I also checked the installation paths (3DSMax Location, Plugin folder are all correct).
But after launching 3DSMax, I get this error message:
Error Loading Plug-in-DLL
DLL<C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2018\Plugins\vrayplugins\phoenixfd.dlr> failed to initialize.
Error code 127 - Die angegebene Prozedur wurde nicht gefunden., (The procedure wasn´t found)
I am running an actual project now with Phoenix for a customer and need quick help…
I tried to uninstall and reinstall again - it didn´t help.
What can I do?

EDIT Issue is solved. I noticed the installer was for vray 4 - I accidentially downloaded it for vray next.
