Rendered some stereo panoramas in Enscape for Sketchup and uploaded them to the cloud. When I try to bring them up on my phone, they are a blank grey screen.
Initially when I tried to bring them up on my laptop, they were a blank grey screen, until I downloaded the images onto my computer. Then they showed up as stereo panoramas.
I have tried to download the images onto my phone, but it hasn’t fixed the issue. I still can’t access anything other than a blank grey screen when I want to use my phone to view in 3D.
What is going wrong? How do I fix it?
