is it possible to create and share a 3ds max scene (with interior and exterior lighting) to test our gpus? so we could have a ranking, now that also ati gpus seem to work. it would be easier to buy a gpu… :wink:

What V-Ray version is that? Is the issue scene dependent or it happens on every scene? What version of the gpu-drives are installed on the machine? Have you tried to render the scene with another V-Ray version? Which V-Ray RT engine you are using Cuda or OpenCL? Does the issue persist with both …

CUDA version was the one I used - it was the test scene supplied at the beginning of this forum thread. Vray version 3.00.03 GPU is a Quadro 4000 with latest certified drivers, version 331.65 Only tried to render with this machine/version as a test for my graphics card

You should use the CUDA egnine for nVidia cards.
