There was a fatal error building the scene for vray

Hello, everyone, I encounter a problem, when I hit the render button there have a error report "there was a fatal error building the scene for vray"and vray didn’t start render. I made some render layer, When one of character add to the layer, it dosen’t render and appear the error report, The else haven’t problem. But I haven’t found any problem about that character, because that character in another shot hasn’t any problem. My vray version is 2.0. Thank u!

No, our project already use vray 2.0 and complete one half, so it’s not convenient to update, it has any else way to solve this question?

Just rehit 20x more the button or save scene and rehit 20x more or change something scene and rehit 20x that usually works for me…

Would it be possible to send the scene or a part of it for investigation ?
Let us also know which version of Vray and Maya you are using.

I’m so sorry, There is no Internet in our company. I can’t upload the scene for you. But I found the error is arise from the one of geometry. It’s very strange, I can’t see it in persp view, no hide, I just see that in outliner and there has shader connect it. When I delete that geometry, vray dose work. It’s not clear why this should be!
