Fatal error building the scene for V-ray

Hello!

I´m having an annoying issue when i try to render a simulation with phoenix fd. When i click to render the simulation comes this massage “Error: V-ray: There was a fatal error building the scene for V-Ray”.

How do i fix it? What is this problem? Can somebody help me, please?

Hey,

Phoenix has separate installers for different V-Ray versions. There is a Phoenix installer with _vray4 in its name for V-Ray Next, and there is a Phoenix installer with _vray5 in its name for V-Ray 5. Can you double check if you have installed the correct one?
