Trees showing as white objects both in SketchUp and Enscape window

Hi,

After transfering my sketchup file from old PC to the NEW PC, trees are shown as white objects.

I import the trees from Enscape Asset Library. I know that in SketchUp they are shown as white objects, but when I was starting Enscape they were showing like actual trees on the old PC.

Now on the new PC they are also shown as white objects on both environment, which means they are not rendering. PLEASE HELPP !!!

@g.terziev , please kindly make sure that if you have the Asset Library acquired offline, that you re-download the library accordingly. It furthermore cannot hurt to ensure that you have the latest release installed on your new PC as well if that isn’t the case yet. Also, if you place other Assets in the scene on your new machine, are they being rendered properly? What if you place the same trees which you’ve used on your Old PC?

Hello @Demian_Gutberlet . I fix the issue in a way, where I delete all the assets and insert them once again through the Asset Library.
