Apologies if this is in the wrong section.
I’ve been trying to retrieve our vray login details for the support section of the website so I can get a hold of the new 1.5 version of vray. My e-mails have gone unanswered and when I fill in the password reset form, nothing happens.
Are you guys snowed under and unable to respond as quickly as you usually do? Our username is BIGLOLLY and we have 4 vray seats.
