I have purchased a fixed-seat license which I applied to my laptop and now I want to move the license to another.
I’ve already deactivated the license on my laptop but cannot activate it again on another machine. How to I solve this problem?

I reckon you’ve followed the correct steps to revoke your license as detailed here?
In any case I have also reset your license accordingly so please try activating Enscape once more.
