Unable to load assests into file.

I’m receiving this error “error importing asset: The selected importer was not found” I’m not sure what’s going on. Also, I tried to change the assets download folder location to make sure it was correct, but now when I try to make sure that the location is “Local Disk(C:)/ProgramFiles/ChaosGroup/ ChaosCosmos” I’m getting this error code "You have no access to the download folder. Please change it or contact your administrator. This is my personal laptop and I’m pretty sure I have administrator access, so I’m confused.

Same problem here… don’t know why. I had to stop end restart twice caos cosmos…

Can you please open a ticket via our Contact form and attach your Cosmos Browser log in it. You can find the cb.log file located here C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos
