Going from Revit 2022 and newest Enscape 3.5.2+112393.
The problem is in any web standalone I upload, the arrow keys do not work for navigation.
Mouse driven actions are fine, looking around, orbit and pan… you can use the mouse scroll wheel to move forward/backward which seems odd.
I did a fresh reinstall and still get the same problem. Anyone else? Any ideas on solutions?

Welcome to our Forum.
We’re aware of this current behavior and are already in the process of resolving it as soon as we can. In the meantime as a temporary solution you can just add “?runtimeVersion=3.4.0.2005-gc2188a5-87516-r2864” (without quotation marks) behind the url itself and the arrow keys should work again.
Hi. Having the same issue
We’re still currently in the process of resolving this problem so meanwhile kindly also add “?runtimeVersion=3.4.0.2005-gc2188a5-87516-r2864” (without quotation marks) behind the url itself. Thanks a lot.
This is happening for me as well. Modifying the URL resolves the issue but would be nice to be able to skip that step…
Of course. A fix for this is currently developed and we’re aware that this should be resolved as soon as possible. I’m sorry if this causes any inconveniences in the meantime or already has, but thank you as well for a bit more patience.
We have encountered this issue as well. Was it fixed in 3.5.3?
This should indeed be fixed with 3.5.3 so please install that version and/or wait for our upcoming service pack 3.5.4 coming out next week.
And please let us know of course in case you still run into any further problems.
Currently encountering the same issue. On both Chrome and Safari (macOS 26).
