URGENT - "could not obtain a licence (-197)" ??!

Hello,
I don’t know why but suddenly, this morning, I’ve got a message : “could not obtain a licence (-197)” ??!
All worked fine until yesterday night !

Please, it’s really urgent, I have a deadline today.

I sent my wbc file to support, ok…just an hour ago but I’ve got a lot of works to finish and I REALLY need to do it NOW.

So, please, can you help me ASAP ?

We received your e-mail and we replied back with the instructions on how to properly generate context.wbc file.
Could you please reply back to my e-mail sent 5 minutes ago, when you are ready with the creation of the context.wbc file.
