V-Ray Clipper and PhoenixFD Liquid Sim Splashes Rendering Black

I’m unable to post a new topic or respond in the PhoenixFD sub forums for some reason so I am posting this here.

I am trying to render the splashes from my liquid simulation with a V-Ray clipper mesh, when the splashes are intersected by the clipper mesh they are currently rendering black. Is there a work around for this or is this just not feasible?

Thanks for reporting that, I have logged this as a bug in our system. Looks like this is not working correctly for the Spalshes and Bubbles modes.
For the Mist you can use Fog or Point mode - just make sure that you turn Geometry Mode on for the Particle Shader.

As for the Phoenix FD forum access - send over and email to the support guys and they will help you out.
