V-Ray Light Gen won't load Lighting Scenarios

Hello,

I’m using Sketchup Pro 2022 and V-Ray version 6.20.02. When I click Light Gen and click “Exterior” and “Generate Variants”, the “Calculating light positions…” window will show. But when it’s done loading, it just goes to a blank white window with no light variants showing. An error window then pops up. The Light Gen window stays blank white until I restart Sketchup, but trying again just repeats the issue. Last time I tried generating light variants, it worked perfectly. That was when the model was a lot more bare-bones though. What can I do to make this feature work again?

Hi,

We will need some more details about this issue in order to identify the cause.
Does this happen only in this specific scene?
And if so does it happen every time or there is randomness to it?

Also, have tried upgrading to the latest V-Ray version.
There is a chance there is a fix for this already.
