Hi

I have a render that has just completed - https://cloud.chaos.com/jobs/JUdlpBQNIBbMHhNt

It’s missing lots of PNG passes, and some of them are corrupted - r.Reflection.jpg - please could you issue a refund?

Hi @pali_rao ,

Yes, I’ll fail the job manually and you will get a full refund of the credits spent for it. Expect the credits later today. I’m sorry for the issue. Can you please not delete the job for now as we’ll need it for further investigation of the issue?
