Here are some renderings I just recently finished up. The building and site did not necessarily give much to work with so I tried to make these renderings as interesting as possible by getting some site views. It is actually kind of fun sometimes, because I see it as a challenge to make something as simple as this site into an appealing rendering. They could still use some more work, but I hope you all like them for what they are.

Nice renders steeler. I sometimes get industrial sheds to render and its tough to make it an exciting scene. The plan view and iso view are the best, the third render just has no interest for me, but thats not your fault it is purely the subject matter. I agree with the road surface being too reflective.

I think the reflection on the asphalt gives quite a cool stylized look.
However I cant figure out why anyone would want to model and render a complex of industrial sheds

Thanks guys. The first image is my favorite as well. The aspahlt is definately too much and I wish I could have had another day to make it more gritty with some texture, but I was put in a spot that I either make flat grey or and at least some interest with reflection. Its completely inaccurate…maybe ill try messing with it in PS to tone it down and add some imperfections to the surface to make it fit better. But yeah, I am not exactly sure why someone would want to pay for that sort of rendering, but I will take it. It bored me a bit at first, but like I mentioned, it was kind of fun trying to make it interesting.

Steeler05 - I like the renders and think you have dealt quite successfully with the vanishing landscape issue. I don’t really care for the reflections - especially on the tarmac - but thats just my personal preference

I know warehouses are not that much fun, but your aerial view is just great! clouds, tree’s shadows materials and post processing look great, congratulations great image and idea!

nice..hehe the reflections on the asphalt are a little bit high but its for the presentation technique and i appreciate it very much.

Thanks for the comments guys. I am glad you all like it. I hope to able to do more plan views like the first image. I think they are kind of fun. They may not be photorealistc, but I think they can say a lot for a project compared to just a colored site plan.

Yes they are cracks in the two aerial views. I think they are a little too big after looking at them again
