vismat ? share your materials at material-db.com

Hi guys! I’ve seen you sharing vismat via the thread.
Have a look at www.material-db.com
We try to cover up a few programs and VRay for SketchUp is one of the main-progs, 'cause I haven’t seen a lot around for especially that one.
There’s a preview-ball-scene to present and upload your material!
I’d be happy seeing you around!

And don’t forget to post some thoughts about it right here.
bye

Re: vismat ? share your materials at material-db.com

hi…
I’m wondering whether giving points for uploads and “paying” with points for downloading would make sense and push the upload-rate a little…
The downloads will be still free but its not like “register and suck it dry”…
There a boards around where you have to be “active” the even view attached pictures… so that would fair, right? Tell me!

Re: vismat ? share your materials at material-db.com

We’re still waiting for people actually sharing… Isn’t there anybody who wants to upload some stuff?

Re: vismat ? share your materials at material-db.com

I tried to upload, but the web site had some issues.

would you mind sending me the file via email (bugs@material-db.com) so I check it again? What Version of VRay do you use?

Thanks for uploading! (At least trying to  )
