Vray crashes Sketchup 7.1 on a Mac

Hi all
having problems with vray after installation.
When I launch sketchup a warning dialogue appears telling me that vray cant load certain files and then sketchup immediately crashes.
Any idea or workarounds gratefully received.

Computer Info:

Mac Pro, Quad-Core Intel Xeon, 2.66 GHz
Mac OS X 10.5.8
SketchUp 7.1

VRayForSketchUp-1.48.83

Confirmed problem. Fix is coming.
