Vray for 3dsmax and Vray for Blender: license doubts

Hi,
I’m evaluating a way to make a smooth transition from 3dsmax to Blender and Vray, in my plans, has the role to work like a bridge for the transition.
In the Vray for Blender FAQ page there is this
“If you’re already using V-Ray with another DCC such as 3ds Max, Maya, or Cinema 4D and are transitioning to Blender, you’re all set. V-Ray for Blender is included at no additional cost in all V-Ray plans, including Solo, Premium, the ArchViz/M&E Collections, and V-Ray Education.”
And this is great…but when I go to the shop online and I select “Media and Entertainment” package, Vray for Blender is not listed in the software bundle and, scrolling the page I see that Vray for Blender could be bought for its price, like another software.

which one is true?

Thanks in advance
