Hi!
a future colleague of mine uses 3DSmax 2014 with VRAY 3.20.02 at the moment.
Yet at our office, we use 3DSmax 2017/2018 with vray 3.5.50.
He tried to show us his work on our system. For this, he saved a file from 3DSmax 2014 including the vray-settings.
We were able to open it in 3DSmax 2017, and also the numbers in the vray-settings-columns were taken over correctly…
Yet when he started rendering, the result was either a black or white image…
Is there any step he/she/we could take, to make things work withouth taking over the settings manually?
