Vray standalone multiple file formats

Hello, when using vray standalone and specifying the image to save in the command option is it possible to save multiple image formats? For example save as a JPG and a PNG? I’d like a 16 bit version of the render with alpha as well as an 8 bit without alpha info.

Hello,

This is not possible without re-rendering. As a workaround, choose a suitable output file format (e.g. exr) and use an image-editing software of your choice to script export multiple files of different types from the rendered output file.

Thanks Peter,

I thought this was the case and am using Tiff or Tga. This obviously requires more down stream process to strip what’s needed from them. Would make a nice wish list request to pass multiple file extensions :wink:
