Is it normal for VRayEdgesTex to fail on producing rounded corners on BREP objects? I’m not having any luck. ![]()
Are the vertices properly welded?

Supposedly. But then I add an Edit Poly modifier to see what the mesh is like and they are not -but I have no idea if that’s a reliable test.
Weld them manually then and see if it gets better ![]()

For CAD parts with open edges, I recommend the following: Put a ProOptimizer modifier on that parts, check protect borders and protect normals, and tick merge vertices with 0.0 threshold. Then edge tex should work as expected.
