Web Standalone Upload Error

I can’t get my model to upload to the web for the new standalone option. I keep getting the following error, “An error occurred during the upload. Please try again later.” I’ve tried later. I’ve tried incredibly simple models that are smaller in size [a cube and a plane]. I’ve tried reinstalling.

Is the system is overloaded from everyone trying it out? I would love for this to work. My clients would too!

I’m sorry to hear about that, in case this problem is still persisting, could you please send us Feedback using the [Feedback] button in the Enscape context menu? Please make sure that ‘Include Logfiles into feedback’ is checked in the Enscape Feedback window and add your forum name or some other reference as well, so we may connect the provided data to this post. This way, we should get all the information necessary to identify the cause of these issues.

If you still experience this problem afterward, please be so kind as to send in some feedback through our Feedback button so that we’ll receive further information through the corresponding log files as to why this problem is occurring.
