Which version of escape will work with Mac Version 26.0.1

I’m afraid in this case we will have to mainly recommend upgrading to a supported Mac (or Windows machine) that meets our requirements, which you can refer to here.
That is especially due to the fact that we do not and can not offer any support whatsoever when it comes to a prior version of Enscape that was still running on Macs with Intel processors only.
