    Hi,
I was able to embed a virtual tour on my website (following the tutorial on your website https://docs.chaos.com/display/VCLOU...ns-Getfeedback). It works, but only on PCs browser, not on mobile devices (iphone ecc). Is there a solution?"
    Thank you

      Hi charles_messenger,

I have logged all your suggestions as they are definitely usability issues for the feature.
We have already actively started working on a solution for the Cookie Consent Dialog/Banner as it is indeed very intrusive.

I hope we can release a fix for this rather soon! Will keep you posted!

        claudio_avila1 Hi!

We are testing the feature on mobile and have identified a few improvements. It generally works on Mobile devices both Android and iPhone when using Chrome/Firefox Browsers. However, there seems to be an issue when using Safari both on Desktop and Mobile, so we are investigating the issue and hope to release a fix for this real soon!

Can you share a little information on how you tested and where exactly the Virtual tour does no load properly on your end? Is it an iPhone using Safari browser?

          Hi vasil_garbev

Thank you very much for your quickly response. I tested the virtual tour on Apple devices (iPhone and iPad with safari browser), but it doesn't work. And the window doesn't adapt to the device's screen, while it works fine on desktop browsers like Chrome or Edge. I also tested it on an Android device (chrome), but the issue with the window not adapting properly to the page makes navigation frustrating.

Anyway, the virtual tour feature is fantastic!

Can I ask, is this going to be a paid for service in the future or stay part of the paid subscription?

I read it alright at the time. Thanks for asking. But all the extras cost, and sooner rather than later this costs be come too much.
Every aspect of the software will be paid for seperatly.
I have always though when the plugin becomes more than the main programme it's time to find an alternative.
Small businesses are not rich enough to finance the all the extras. and main companies don't see the need for them either.

                  philip kelly Hi!

As charles_messenger shared the original answer - the info there is still valid. I can only this at this point:

The plans for monetization of the service are still being discussed BUT the primary reason for existence of our service is to help and add value to our primary existing customers - you!
Our idea is that even if we release a paid subscription plan with advanced features or removing limits for free tier, for it be free for our existing customer base - that is if you own a Chaos product, you would have access to this paid tier for free or at a very substantial discount.
Any external users, that is, they don't own a license to any of our products, will have to pay the subscription tier if they want to use our service's paid tier or they can opt for the free tier if it suits their needs.

Take my words with a grain of salt as I am not the sole stakeholder for this, but this is our general plan.
Please do not hesitate to use our service for fears that you will be locked out of the system with a paywall - this is not what we intend at all.

Hope this adds to the transparency with our user base and clears things up a bit.

Thanks for the additional clarification, I know this is still in the works and nothing is set in stone so it's difficult to get a concrete answer for future plans.

I'd like to add that I think it would be fair to include unrestricted use of these services to customers that have a premium subscription to Vray for instance. I could see how this service could be useful for someone externally (no other chaos/vray subscriptions) and they may want a paid subscription for this service only. If this goes the way that Vantage did by removing it from the premium tier and making is a standalone product, that is a DEAD STOP for me and I would look elsewhere for the service.
Over the course of a year I may only have a single client that would want the 3D walkthroughs or none at all! That client may REALLY want this service though, so I would have a difficult decision; Keep paying for the service and lose money, or cut the service and piss off my client. It'd be a lose - lose situation here.
