Is the Cloud undergoing maintenance or just broken?

Experiencing crazy slowness today with the cloud service.
I would enter the job ID but it is not clear how to find that.
Existing project, used to render in about 10 minutes or less.
Now, it took almost an hour to upload, and it's just been sitting around 26% rendered for almost 35 minutes and it's not making any progress.
Probably going to miss the deadline that should have easily been met.

Hope the cloud becomes useable again soon, I guess...

Update: Job submitted nearly 1.5 hours ago, and it's not even to 50% complete. At least now there is a preview showing me that no progress is occurring.
Previously the job finished in under 10-15 minutes.
