It is "overhead" / "inline" with the front facade.... whatever - it needs to be moved. It is also pretty low. Could be more shadow detail on the front.

Scale of joints, materials, mullions, road, plants, etc.

One thing good? Nice downspout. Is it really detached from the building like that?

Also- did they make you do this camera pos to see the landscaping? This would be a much more dynamic shot at 6' off the ground, a little closer in, and wider lens. Right now it is very flat, and there is too much roof going on.

Is that just a 'hole' where the grass is going to be comped in? If it is, fill it with some mid gray geometry or something - otherwise it will allow skylight to affect your building from below!

I am confused on the "scale" thing.....All the joints, plants, and mullions are exactly the size they need to be. Do you mean bump them up in scale a bit so they show better? Yeah....the plants are out of whack and I need to revisit them. And materials.... Do you mean the road bitmap and the metal panel material? Does anyone have any suggestions on fixing those materials?

Yes the client chose this EXACT view. My first initial view was at eye level, but they wanted to show a bird.s eye and I convinced them to come down a little bit.

Thanx for all of you help. I have learned and will learn a lot more soon.

Yeah....the downspout is away from the building....I believe it does have small straps, I need to put those in later.

Here is the latest straight from the Viz render. I did this last night before your comments today...So I am not ignoring you.

The displacement grass isn't looking like I thought it would, and I had to get rid of the plants. Viz 2006 seems to have memory issues or something new going on. When you say scale of materials. Do you think the lines in the metal panels are too..well...BAM..... Should I not use a bitmap? Thanx again. I shall keep posting until I get it right.....years later I am sure.
