    the floor material is vray material with glossy reflections, there is vray 2d displacement - I think it needs blend material for nonreflective gaps between tiles.
    To control the reflection in the grout lines, you could try using a mix map instead of a Blend Material. Blend Materials are notoriously slow, so a mix map would be a much better option.

    If you are using a Falloff map you can place a bitmap with black grout lines in the Side Slot, to drop the reflection along the grout.

    It's a bit hard to explain without a diagram, so I'll try and upload one.

      Looking great......to me the timbers textures look slightly off scale and clean...other than that.....perfect image

        2teabag: yes, I agree, wood texture is bigger than in normal world:/
        2dejavu: thanks for advice, I did not know, that blend mat is slow. I think I understand what you are saying to do with the fallof map, I will try it.

          how about putting a tile map under reflections slot? has everybody ever use that method?

              Tile works fine, but it looks too clean, too computer generated. I usually bake my tile maps to bitmap and re-apply after dirtying them up in photoshop.
