    just saved as hdr....it looked ok in VFB...then i loaded it in the HDR shop and it came out as this...
    i also raised multiplier of the direct light to 1.2...
    and ive got clamp output unchecked and affect background unchecked...
    the jpeg ive saved from VFB looks fine...

        It looks like you've got a lot of speculars, or hilite glossies on your plant materials. Is that what you are referring to?

        Ooh now I see the black edges on the plants too....hmm. Not too familiar with that problem.

          guys guys... tell me again. why do we save in hdr? i thought png is deep enough?

            PNG is only 8bit HDR is 32bit.
            Allows for more control in post.

            sorry make that 8-16bit for PNG

              If you want to avoid these jaggies, try checking clamp output. Then u will lose your high dynamic range information, but that's life. Then u'd better save to a non-hdr format like tga or tiff since it doesnt seem to make any sense to clamp the output and save into a float point format.

                i suppose youre right guys....strange that the image is alright in VFB....i quess ill just use VFB for playing with exposure and color balance and save the result to tiff aftewards
