Thanks for the tip Dynedain, so far there's about 15 different clips in the animation, and that's just the exterior portion. I'll have to post it what it's done!

The scene is really enormous, but so far despite the complexity, it's getting pretty decent frame times of around 2-4 min. Lots of proxy objects... terrain is displacement.

Very nice render. My only comment is that a new airport deserves a new jet. Nothing wrong with an everyday 737 but check out the new 787 Dream Liner. Then again, your client should be happy and adding new planes probably isn't worth the additional cost unless you are like me and you love airplanes.

yeah I was looking at the dreamliner, but the client requested 737/747 or airbus equivalents...

Glad those airport people are getting some use again. This is a plug to Tomas at Lowpolygon3d for putting those together for us back in 2003.

Actually meanadam, unless lowpolygon3D also operates as AXYZ, they're from AXYZ. Nice set really, we're really happy with them. (That's our plug I guess!) http://www.axyz-design.com/axyz-desi...-meaps0001.php
