Paying for this implementation would be far cheaper than the cost for a new or second license !!sorry for my English

I have 3 questions about VrayScatter pls:
1) Can you use it to scatter groups of vray proxies? I need to scatter a set of objects that need to stay aligned to each other (parts of a bottle/cap/label etc.)
2) Do you need render nodes to use DR with VrayScatter?
3) When is the new version/license/pricing happening? If Scatter will do groups as I need it then I would like to buy a copy very soon to test for a job.
Thanks in advance,
b
