And maybe some ambient occlusion to restore some depth and detail to the building. Agree with geometry trees in front of the 2D background trees. Also agree with changing the time of day to something more dramatic. If you have VRay Scatter, now would be the time to have fun with the foreground grass.

yeah i think this kind of job relies on distractions such as forground stuff and maybe more equipment around the place. I know its a hassle, but this and the other suggestions regarding materials are what is required to "polish a turd"
I hate the polishing part as well At the other end of the spectrum of job shitness, I love those jobs where you dont have to do anything...the design is just so good that you cant go wrong.

Parking lot lines. More lines in the road. More cars. More people. Tone down the brightness of your grass.

Foreground grass too bright. Parking lines. Fire lines ( probably some area you're not allowed to park ) light road burns( the area where the tires wear the asphalt. Reflection in the asphalt, right now the highlights are backwards, as the asphalt under the brighter part of the building seem darker. A Cheap Vignette to focus the building, or entry if that's important.
A partly cloudy day with softer shadow edges... perhaps and bring the sun more right to cast a softer shadow more into the left parking lot to break up that area. The hard shadows don't help the square box architecture.
just my 2 cents... if the client's happy.. don't waste you're time..Keith R Morrison
