Very nice peter, I like how you add an original touch to each project. The exaggerated blues for instance obviously on this one.

May I ask what tone mapper setting you used on this? You always get the colours spot on.

      thanks!

I always use reinhard with a low burn value for interiors (0.05) and higher for exteriors (0.5)

Peter, these are great images! i love the blues

Did you use the Erco light fixture as is with the standard IES light built into it or did you replace it with the VRay IES one?

        Keep up the good work.

Looks good, the blue is a little acrid for me. On the first shot it would have been nice to have seen something going on in the windows outside. The actual light fixtures are a little flat, they are one flat shade of white, no depth to the illumination.
On the fourth image it is looking a bit burnt out on the lower level. Really liked your daylight version of this space but the night shots look a little CG. But overall nice job.

Hi Peter, I'm a long time fan of your work and have enjoyed following your posts/blog entries for a couple years. I'd like to share a personal thanks for adding so much to the direction of the archviz community over the years.

I'm curious what it is you like getting out of the this color method as opposed to the lwf gamma method that seems to be most popular these days. Any insight on the benefits you see are most appreciated I'm guessing it's just artistically what you find most compelling, or maybe just habbit from the pre lwf days... at any rate, I'm just curious.

Great subtle use of the fog in these images.... You always seem to find a way to add a little more character beyond the typ. crystalcg/spine/evermotion render

              Thanks for sharing

Mike, thanks, that made my day last week and it even came on my birthday!

re: color mapping. It's still LWF really, I just use reinhard (gamma 2.2) to control the amount of burn (I think of burn as white point clipping: what happens to the highlights)

Tartan, thanks for the feedback. I tend to agree with you about these looking more cg than the daylight version, but can't put my finger on why
