how to eliminate the light leaks that appears with the FR scene test like in these of comparation test pages exactly in the corners of the ceiling-walls?
Goncalo did u eliminate they with psp?
bye and excuse for the question but with fr iI don' t get this
If I get this problem anyway with the solid wall too?
what I must do to eliminate?
I've tried with higher parameters but it still resist (i mean the little light leaks in the corners)
I really dont know what could be the problem, but look at the model and try to see if the mesh is good and clean, this helps to avoid some strange issues.
In that particular scene you can reduce the artifacts at the ceiling corner in VRay by setting the vray shadow bias to 0.0. The real problem is that the walls are single planes. It would be best to add some outside walls.
oh dear, i sneak in the fR forum and all i saw was problems here, crushes there, this doesn´t work, that doesn´t start etc. NO NO NO, that´s no mischievousness (schadenfreude). vray has problems, too. but it´s nice to see that vlado and the crew solved most of the problems fR still seems to have now. fR is a great tool, no doubt.....but it´s still a betaversion...the only difference is that we KNOW that from vray. the fR user thought that stage1 would be the ultimate, unsikable titanic-renderer
i´m just very very happy that i did the right decision some time ago cencerning vray.
