    The only way to create constant noise is using QMC/QMC or PPT I think.

      It dosn't help. I know this problem from maxwell too, it seems to be a general render problem. So, extrem example, a reflection of the HDRI environment will be much more clear than a blury reflection of a blury reflection. A direct viewlable background environment is extrem clear.
      The grain never looks like a constant photo film grain.
